Travis and his team were extremely responsive to our need for new carpet in our new home. The carpets were in worse shape than expected, and we needed them replaced before we moved in. We were able to get on the calendar for carpet replacement within the day, and had the old carpets removed that day. Travis even brought sample swatches to us. Overall, the entire process of carpet selection, removal, and installation was efficient and quick, and the end results are absolutely amazing.

Working with J&C flooring has been such a wonderful experience. I met with Travis to talk about replacing the floor of one of our rooms. We got to talking about other work we were doing in this room, and he set us up with Juan and his team to complete a drywall project. They finished everything in days (it was a pretty large project) and proactively worked around our workday schedule, while ensuring everything was ready for our painters when they were scheduled to come. They were absolutely wonderful! Once our flooring arrived, Tomas came in and was able to install it in a matter of hours. He did an absolutely fantastic job! I cannot thank Travis and his team enough for making this daunting update so incredibly smooth. Travis kept on top of everything and communication was a breeze. Will definitely be using them again for our next update
